The entrance hall of the holiday flat leads into a light and sunny living room encompassing kitchen area, lounge and dining area.  Two floor-to-ceiling sash windows open onto the large balcony, with a 180° view of Weymouth town and seafront itself in the southwest, across the bay, to Osmington, Ringstead, and beyond to the east.  Perfect for viewing the many water sport events and fireworks displays held in Weymouth throughout the year, or just to enjoy breakfast on a nice sunny morning! And Weymouth’s great climate means that you can often sit on the balcony in glorious sunshine whilst you enjoy your well-deserved winter break.

There is a flat screen TV with satellite feed, DVD/CD player, and seating for up to five people on the leather sofa and bed settee.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and sink; and fold away dining table and chairs.

The double bedroom is fitted with wardrobes, bedside cabinets, drawers and dressing table with a sash window looking out to the east. The tiled bathroom has a full sized bath with hand shower attachment, wash basin and heated towel rail, and separate shower cubicle.  Separate WC.

All bed linen, towels, beach towels are supplied and there will also be a stock of tea, coffee and fresh milk in the flat upon your arrival.

Please note, entrance from the street leads to the flat on the first floor via an internal staircase.
